Tuesday, Oct. 16, 12 pm (Central)

What are the unique challenges that women in business face? What are the most common traps or pitfalls that limit women from reaching their leadership potential? And what skills can you begin practicing today in order to overcome them?

One in ten employed millennial women work in management, business or financial operationsand do so at a rate that exceeds their male counterparts. Nevertheless, these women are launching their careers in a business landscape that is still predominantly male, especially when it comes to positions of leadership. This means that women have a different set of challenges to face. They also have a unique set of resources to use in building the "personal brands" that will set the tone for their career growth.
